Activating your account
New users must email the Gateway Helpdesk to register before they can log in to ORP.
Once your access has been established by the Gateway Unit, you will receive an email notification from Shibumi requesting you confirm your email address and register with the Online Reporting Platform (ORP). Click on the link in this email to complete registration.
If you do not receive an email to confirm your email address and register, contact us.
Logging in to ORP
Active users may log in via the Shibumi website.
Email notifications
When assigned to a project, you will receive automated email notifications from Shibumi. To ensure you receive these emails, allow your system to recognise Shibumi as a trusted sender in your email application.

Once logged in, resources specific to your role will be available on your Home Page under ‘Guidance Material’.
