Information needed to pre-qualify onto the Construction Supplier Register

What information is needed to complete the Construction Supplier Register’s stage one eligibility check?

• Details of the primary entity contact– their name and contact details (for Construction Supplier Register use only).
• Business (entity) details – as a sole trader, partnership or company; entity trading name; the primary entity’s contact details (for Construction Supplier Register use only).
• Acknowledgement that the entity seeking pre-qualification has been operating for at least two years, including the entity’s Australian Business or Company Number (ABN/ACN as appropriate).
• Acknowledgement that the entity seeking pre-qualification is suitably qualified and experienced in Victoria; confirmation of the pathway of pre-qualification as either a supplier of low value construction works, construction works or construction services.
• Relevant registration details and a copy of the relevant registration as appropriate (e.g. a copy of the certificate as a registered building practitioner issued by the Victorian Building Authority or as an architect issued by the Architects Registration Board of Victoria (in the name of the company, partnership or individual) or an extract from the relevant register (e.g. of building practitioners maintained by the Victorian Building Authority or an extract from the register of architects maintained by the Architects Registration Board of Victoria). Registration must relate to the category or categories being applied for.
