The Australian Major Projects Leadership Academy (AMPLA) aspires to help major project leaders reach their full potential and transform the culture, productivity and sustainability of the major projects sector in Australia.

The unprecedented scale, intensity and complexity of Australia’s infrastructure investment presents a significant challenge for public sector leaders as well as an exciting opportunity to make a big difference for communities by delivering positive results.

Tailoring learning to participants’ individual project needs, AMPLA provides an in-depth understanding of cross-government engagement and valuable industry networks.

AMPLA is being reviewed by DTF and an announcement of a future program will be made following completion of engagement with internal stakeholders in 2026.
