How to troubleshoot

Welcome. In this video, you’ll learn basic troubleshooting steps in the Online Reporting Platform.

If you cannot log in, confirm you’re using the correct email and select Forgot Password if required.

Please note that the link to reset your password is only active for 30 minutes.

If the MFA token fails, check your authenticator app and look for one labelled ‘Shibumi’.

If you’ve lost access, request an MFA reset from the Gateway Unit. If you cannot see a project or Gate, your permissions may be incorrect. Ask the Gateway Unit to review your user status or your roles.
