Welcome. In this video, you’ll learn how to reset your password for the Online Reporting Platform.
First, enter your email address and submit the request. On the login page, select Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Open the email, follow the reset link and enter your new password. Once confirmed, return to the login page and sign in using your updated credentials.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact the Gateway Unit for assistance.
Note, for security purposes, the password reset link has a 30-minute expiry. If it does expire, you will need to follow the password reset steps again.
