Welcome. In this video, you'll learn how to access and log in to the online reporting platform.
You can reach the login page in two ways, through the DTF website or directly via the login URL. This video will demonstrate both options.
First, open your web browser of choice.
In the address bar, navigate to the DTF website by typing in dtf.vic.gov.au. In the top right-hand corner, click on the menu button to open it.
Select Infrastructure Investment, then Gateway Review Process, then Online Reporting Platform. Scroll down to the section labelled Logging in to ORP.
Click the login link. Navigators familiar with the system may prefer to go directly to the login page by entering the following URL, ap.shibumi.com/shibumi/login.
Enter your assigned email address in the email field. If you're not using single sign-on, you'll be prompted to enter your password and complete your two-factor authentication. If your account uses single sign-on, you'll be redirected to your standard authentication process. Once logged in, the dashboard appears.
In the bottom right corner, you may see a cookie acceptance message. This will remain visible until you accept cookies.
