Activate your account

Welcome. In this video, you’ll learn how to activate your account and set up Multi-Factor Authentication in the Online Reporting Platform.

When your account is created, you’ll receive an activation email. Click the ‘Start Collaborating’ on the activation email and follow the prompts to create your password.

After signing in for the first time, the system will prompt you to set up Multi-Factor Authentication. Open your authenticator app or install one if needed. We recommend using Microsoft Authenticator. Scan the QR code displayed on screen. Enter the six-digit code generated by the app and continue. Once confirmed, your MFA setup is complete.

For future logins, enter your email and password, then provide the six-digit code from your authenticator app.
