As a starting point it is important to understand that the Gateway Review Process is mandatory for High Value High Risk projects. If you are not sure whether your project or program should undertake a Gateway Review, contact us.
The first step in booking a Gateway Review is to complete the Gateway Project Profile Model (PPM).
This provides an early indicative profile of the overall risks and issues of the project and provides us with key insights as to the skills that may be required, should a review be necessary.
The PPM is not designed to be onerous, it normally takes no more than an hour to complete. We understand that some information may be preliminary or estimated at this early stage.
Email a completed PPM to your Infrastructure Advice and Delivery group contact, or email the firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative assigned to you will contact you to discuss your project, usually within three business days.
If a review is required, the project team will need to nominate a set of four consecutive days to hold the review, plus a two to three hour meeting approximately two weeks prior to the review dates to hold the planning session for the review.
Once the nominated dates are confirmed we will assemble an appropriate review team and liaise with you regarding logistics and requirements for the review. Approximately six to eight weeks lead time is required to organise a quality review.
